Reflexology is a deeply relaxing complementary therapy, which focuses on working on the reflex points of your feet, hands and face which correspond to the different parts of the body. It aims to focus on increasing well being, improving sleep, reducing anxiety and releasing tension. These could be caused by different types of stresses - physical, psychological or emotional. Through this process of working on the pressure points of your hands, feet and face reflexology strives to rebalance the body as a whole.

Aureen Reflexology was lovely, highly recommended if suffering from anxiety. Karen made me feel very relaxed she was aware of days that were particularly bad and spent longer with me. Made me feel so relaxed and chilled out.

Can highly recommend Karen for Reflexology. Currently having maternity reflexology, feel so relaxed and great to have time for myself. The surroundings of the walled garden are beautiful and peaceful.

Nestled in the most peaceful and beautiful surroundings of Kilgraston walled garden, fruit trees and red squirrels to keep you company as Karen works her magic on your feet. I can’t recommend Aureen Reflexology highly enough. A solid 10/10 and definitely the most relaxing hour of my week. Thank you Karen.

Maternity Reflexology is safe from early pregnancy, through labour and the postnatal period. I am so excited to help you through your pregnancy journey, supporting you with your health and well being, using reflexology techniques as your body changes with each stage.
I recommended monthly treatments throughout pregnancy, increasing this to weekly treatments from 37 weeks to prepare your body for labour. Reflexology during the postnatal period will improve the quality of your sleep, which in turn helps you to adapt to your changing role. Babies are welcome during all postnatal treatments. |
My name is Karen Wilson and I've been working as a midwife in the NHS for over 25 years. I became interested in Reflexology a number of years ago and completed a Reflexology Diploma in 2019 which is the highest qualification for reflexologists. I went on to do further training in Maternity Reflexology, tying my two passions together.
I have a dedicated room in Orchard House at Kilgraston Walled Garden, Bridge of Earn. This is local to Perth and Kinross and is easy to access. The room looks over the orchard within the walled garden and the fields and hills beyond. This creates a very relaxing environment for my treatments. There is a designated car park and I will be happy to greet you on arrival. I also have a dedicated relaxing room at Angus Physiotherapy within the David Lloyd Club in Monifeith where I am excited to offer treatments to those who live within the Dundee and Angus area. |
